Blakelyn crawled for the first time this month!! Her crawling was a little bit laborious at first, but she quickly caught on and now will basically run as she crawls.
With Halloween around the corner, this month was filled with orange outfits and pumpkin outings.
We went one day to the Botanical Gardens where Blakelyn wore shoes for the first time. I haven't put shoes on her since she isn't walking, but with that around the corner I decided we should get used to it.

Blakelyn was more fascinated with the flowers than with the camera.

Blakelyn's first trip to the pumpkin patch!!
As you may know, or not, Blakelyn is very observant at first. She will stare:
And stare taking in all that she see's to get an idea of what people are doing to determine how to respond. Later she will cackle about the trip.

Yes, she is licking the floor. Blakelyn has to taste all the new surfaces she encounters.
